We do believe that young people – with no regard of their race, ethnicity, gender, or family background do deserve to have a good life and the opportunity for a successful start in their professional development. 

One of our priorities is to address youth employment through raising awareness and transferring innovative approaches and good practices in the area of vocational education and training. 

Viva Paitalia is actively involved in the identification and transfer of good practices, development and implementation innovative approaches and methods with focus on informal education and empowerment of young people.

While inplementing our social projects, we came across the misfortune of disadvantaged groups, especially children and youngsters living in social institutions. We believe it is our responsibility to create opportunities, to support and to contribute to the social inclusion of marginalized youngsters and we declare our readiness to continue working on improving their situation.
